Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: your name, e-mail address and password (stored as a secure hash) when you create a profile.
• Profile data you choose to add: city, bio, running experience, photo and social links.
• Club and story submissions: the information you submit for publication.
• Contact messages: your name, e-mail and message.
• Technical data: a pseudonymised (hashed) IP address used only to prevent abuse, and a session cookie when you log in.

How we use it

To run the website, show club information, let you manage your profile and clubs, review submissions, answer messages and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data.

Location

When you press "Use my location", your browser shares your position with this page so we can find nearby clubs. It is only used for that search and is not stored in your account.

Cookies

We only set a session cookie when you log in or submit a form. If analytics are enabled, they are described here: [describe your analytics provider].

Public information

Club profiles are public. Your runner profile is public only if you choose so in your settings.

Your rights

You can view and edit your data in your account at any time, and delete your account from your profile page. For other requests, contact us.
